When you first open one of the Microsoft Office applications (Word/PowerPoint/Excel), you will be asked to log in, to authenticate your license for the software. This will also connect you to cloud-based services that are used by Microsoft for sharing, collaborating and storing of files.

If you are not immediately prompted to sign in, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the “Sign In” button.

  2. Enter your College email address.

  3. Hit next.


Finally, enter your College password. You may be prompted to use a multi-factor authentication method (Authenticator app or text message). If so, enter the code/approve the login.
